Science of Mind Classes & Practitioner Studies
SOMA provides free accredited Science of Mind classes and student study materials to awaken each person's inherent wholeness and divine potential. Through online classrooms and localized study cohorts, students engage in deep spiritual practices—including Affirmative Prayer (Spiritual Mind Treatment), visioning, meditation, and forgiveness. SOMA also sponsors and mentors students through the CSL School of Leadership (Ministerial Training) and CSL Community Leadership Program.

High School Scholarships Program
In Kenya, secondary school education is predominantly boarding-based, where tuition, uniforms, books, and living expenses often exceed family resources. SOMA's Scholarship Program covers complete four-year tuition and boarding fees for high-potential students selected on financial need, academic commitment, and a demonstrated desire to serve their communities.

Awakening Through the Power of Music
Music is woven into the fabric of African life. At SOMA, we believe music is a powerful way to experience and share spiritual Truth, making Science of Mind principles come alive in both heart and voice. We are translating New Thought music into Kiswahili so individuals and communities can sing, pray, and celebrate Science of Mind ideas in their own language. Your support helps make these recordings, translations, and new compositions possible. Check out our main page and hear Winnie Otieno sing There is Only Love by Karen Drucker.
Our Programs
“A new way of being begins with a new way of thinking.”
Our programs make Science of Mind teachings practical, accessible, and relevant to everyday life in Africa — through free classes, New Thought translations, transformative youth camps, scholarships, and conscious community hubs.

Kiswahili Translations & Lending Library
It is our belief that no one should be separated from spiritual wisdom because of language. SOMA has translated texts, including New Thought music, and created Kiswahili audio and digital resources, in order to remove the language barrier and reach people across Africa. Kiswahili is one of Africa's most widely spoken languages, serving as a common language for more than 200 million people. We also have created a Kiswahili online lending library.

Community Gatherings & Soulful Circles
Spiritual growth flourishes in loving community. SOMA creates authentic spaces where seekers, students, and practitioners gather to explore spiritual principles, share stories, sing, pray, and support one another. From our weekly 'Soulful Thursdays' online series to in-person Coffee Conversations and specialized Support Circles, everyone has a place to belong and grow.

Regional Outreach & Study Groups
SOMA's Outreach initiative partners with local African leaders to establish grassroots spiritual communities that address the specific needs of their localities. By providing books, teacher training, travel support, and meeting resources, SOMA is actively supporting vibrant hubs across Kenya and Tanzania with the strategic goal of establishing newly affiliated CSL Study Groups. Youth Leadership Camps
Today's youth are tomorrow's conscious changemakers. SOMA hosts annual transformational camps: 'Free to Be Me' for teen girls & young women (ages 13–18) and 'Woke Mtaa' for young men (ages 19–26). Participants discover their inherent worth, learn non-violent conflict resolution, explore the Creative Process, and build supportive lifelong peer networks under the guidance of licensed Practitioners and mentors.

SOMA Radio, Podcasts & Digital Ministry
Through radio, podcasts, social media, and newsletters, SOMA shares practical spiritual wisdom with seekers who cannot physically attend a local study group. SOMA Radio provides 24/7 inspirational talks, affirmative prayers, and music, while the SOMA Podcast Station features deep dives on Women's issues, Youth Leadership, and African spirituality.
